Transportation

AIR: the usual airport is Toronto Pearson (aiport code YYZ). It is also possible to fly to Hamilton, Ontario or to Buffalo, New York. There are a few flights to the local Region of Waterloo International Airport (airport code YKF) http://www.waterlooairport.ca/en/ from Calgary, Detroit and Ottawa.

TRANSPORTATION FROM TORONTO PEARSON: Airways Transit (Waterloo Division) They operate a fleet of small buses (up to 8 people).

Airways Transit must be booked before the conference as many people are flying in. They have sufficient capacity as long as transportation is prebooked.
After arrival go to "Ground Transportation" desk. The buses depart on demand (usually within 15 minutes) and will drop you off at your destination.
