Information for Speakers
The time allotted for presentation is 22-25 minutes. Please make sure to stay within the allotted time to allow for discussion and out of courtesy to other presenters.
The rooms are equipped with computers and projectors, as well as whiteboards and overhead projectors. Please come to the session 10 minutes in advance to upload your presentation which should be on a memory key. Presentations should be in PDF or PowerPoint.
If you want the presentation posted on the conference website, please forward it to Caroline Graham (cgraham@wlu.ca) no later than a week before the conference.
No papers will be distributed but there will be wireless connection available and tables have electric plugs so participants may use laptops to access your paper and/or presentation.
